Help Wanted
Rise of Apocalypse are in need of help.
We are currently looking for a person to model Soldiers (texturing abilities are not required, but are however more than welcome.
We are also looking for 1 or 2 texture artists to texture such things as tanks, aircraft and/or buildings. If you are interested in either positions, or think that you can contribute in any other way, please feel free to contact us. You can do that either by posting a topic in our application forum (found at the forum which there is a link to on the top menu of this site, or by sending me (Staude) a PM (this is also done on the forum)

Hey. Heck its been a looong time since i last posted here. And it has been a long couple of months. Now there are a lot of IRL reasons for it that i wont go into now, but i will however.. tell you of some of the new stuff that has been occuring (note that i will try to integrate it so that when news are posted on the forum in the future, they will show here aswel. I dont know how to do that though, so ill have to ask the people i know for help... Anyways. Rise of Apocalypse has.. FUSED. Yes. A ENTIRE MOD TEAM has joined us in our efforts to produce the Tbieran dawn Experiance in First Person. I welcome them all (although it happened a while back) and apologyse to them for not being able to update the site sooner. The mod has also got an expansion to its name. The full title is now. Rise of Apocalypse: the dawn of Nod. We have also gotten a new forum, and infact. A whole lot of stuff has happened. :) take a look around the new forums, and check out some of the new stuff.. or you can always go to mods.moddb.com/5570. Here we are, as usual also located. And another thing. A few days ago, ROA had its second birthday. It turned two years :) so we have been around for quite a while now.. and in the future, the mod will continue to grow and expand. And become a great experiance to play !.. Anyhow. Ill get back to working on updating the site with the new stuff. So i hope that youll enjoy it :)

New work is beeing done behind the curtain. i cannot reveal a whole lot but you will soon be able to view some new content. At the current time i can tell that i am working on a PT. And that work continues on the Nod Complex. I have alos updated the site with a large addition to the About section. Under team you can read a (somewhat) brief version of the story of the mod roa. i might add more to it later. But for now it will be like it is. And happy new year :)

Yea so its been a while since i was last able to write here, Some of you may be concerned if the mod is still in progress and to you i can say.. Yes. Ofcourse it is ;p The reason for my unavailability to post here on the website (or even update) is that i havent had internet since last summer. So ive tried to update elsewhere (like on moddb) and on oaccations also on the forum. However. I have gotten internet again, and therefore i will try to implant more acceability to the site, plus add more information both in the news (and when something less in the developers blog that i will implant with the main site but which is currently only available on the forum) The mod has changed quite a lot in the past six months, and i will soon update the gallery with new images. I will also update the site generely in most places, and i will add new features slowly but surely. I am sorry that i have kept you all waiting for so long, but now that i have internet again i will try to lead the group into progressing faster better and more cooporated than before (meaning a more leaded and at all more communicative team that shares ideas and such with eachother) I am sorry if my english isnt as well as it could be right now but i am a little tired. On another note the Rise of apocalypse team STILL NEEDS HELP! it is crutial to the mod that we get more people to help us on areas where the team is currently greatly lacking because of the fact that we do not have anyone who has specialised in these areas. SO if you think you can contribute to the mod in any way, Please let me know. And if you want to join the team but only are able to help once a while please also contact me. We can use anyone who can either skin, texture, unwrap, script, work in lvl ed, model weapons, model soldiers, model tanks, model buildings, add aggrivates (aint sure i spelled that right) and so on. News; 19/5 2006 Ay, as you might have noticed ive put up a poll here on the main site. Now as of the question involved i have asked how many tracks you think that there should be on a map before they loop. Basically it means the amount of different musical pieces before they start over... ive put 2 as minimum and 5 as maximun. If you want to descuss it please post on the forum :)

added the hummer... and if we dont count the mcv.. then we have reached a brakethrough.. because not counting the mcv we now have models of all ground vehicles from tiberian dawn (some needs tune ups etc) but still :p --------------------------------------------------------------------------

News; 21/4 2006.
Soldier, Critical update directly from the battlefield follows, access level 4 required to read.
The medium tank has been added to the gallery. The medium tank is also known as the M1A1 Abrams tank, you may have to use this vital information when you mount it in combat: The tank has massive firepower, and standard mobility on the battlefield. It has a long range, high caliber cannon which will insure victory over any Nod light tanks it may incounter. The light tank has also been added. This tank is also known as the M2 Bradley, and although this tank isnt anything near as powerfull as the medium tank, or the mammoth tank, the tank has a very good mobility throughout the terrain, so when mounting this vehicle, be prepaired to avoid bullets as you yourself smash through the enemys with fast pace, and Nod spirit. As work continues stay tuned for more vital information on the units/ buildings that you may have to mount/use/protect on the battlefield. Breifing over.

The WIP of the temple of nods exterior can be found on the forum ( i havent posted the interior of it yet, and the interiors of the GDI and Nod powerplant can now both be found in the gallery. Furthermore you can also find the Light tank in the gallery, although it is unskinned in its current condition.

I have made some updates in the about section, and on the forum i have added a tutorial section, where i added a basic map tutorial i wrote yesturday, enjoy.
